How is Netra Tarpana Performed:

A soft herbal dough ring is placed around the eyes to form a protective boundary.

The eyes are kept open and closed intermittently, allowing the ghee to penetrate deeply.

After the treatment, the eyes are carefully cleansed, leaving them refreshed and revitalized.

Warm, clarified butter (ghee) infused with herbs is gently poured into the cavity.

The ghee is retained for about 20–30 minutes, depending on the individual’s condition.
